About the Show & Workshops

Cover picture .jpeg

Am I Actually Living?!?' is a transformative mental health program that bridges the gap between performance art and education. Through our evocative show and interactive school workshops, we create a safe space for young people to understand how to deal with complex emotions, fostering open conversations and empowering minds. Our mission is to provide accessible mental health education that resonates deeply, using the power of storytelling and movement to inspire resilience and connection in every setting we visit.
